Laundry kiloan is priced by weight, so the first question we hear is always the same: how much is 5 kg? More than most people think.
A rough guide
- 1 cotton t-shirt ≈ 150–200 g
- 1 pair of jeans ≈ 600–800 g
- 1 bath towel ≈ 500–700 g
- 1 bed sheet (double) ≈ 600–900 g
- 1 linen shirt ≈ 200 g
So 5 kg is roughly a week of clothes for one person, or three to four days for a couple on holiday. A standard 60-litre laundry bag, loosely filled, usually lands between 5 and 6 kg.
Under 5 kg?
Orders below the minimum are charged as 5 kg. If you are close, add the beach towels or the sarong you have been meaning to wash — it costs the same.
