Orders are priced per kilogram according to the price list on this website. The weight measured at our shop is final. Minimum order is 5 kg.
Pickup and delivery is available along Jl. Danau Tamblingan, Sanur during opening hours (Mon – Sat, 08:00 – 18:00). We are closed on Sunday.
Express services count working hours. Day services count open days. Ready times shown on this website are estimates and are confirmed on WhatsApp.
Please check pockets and tell us about delicate, colour-bleeding or stained items before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, or for damage caused by unsuitable care labels or pre-existing wear.
Report missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Valid claims are compensated up to 10× the per-kilo price of the affected item’s weight.
Payment is due on delivery by cash, bank transfer or QRIS.
